I have been enjoying using our heartfelt hexagon punch to create some cards. I like the look of the design using this punch. I like the patchwork look on this card. I love the starstruck embossing folder on fresh freesia cardstock. It gives a soft background to this card. I used our bright & beautiful designer series paper in our annual catalog for the colors on this card.
I would like to share with you a fun birthday card. The bright designer series paper is the decoration for this card. I did cut a strip of a piece of the designer series for this design. We also embossed in gold to match the gold in the paper the greeting. This is an easy card to create.
This birthday card lets the designer paper give the design for this card. This is one of my favorite designer series paper in our mini catalog. I love the beautiful yellow flowers on this card. It is a bright beautiful card to send to someone special for their birthday.
This card reminds of patchwork quilt. I used our heartfelt hexagon punch to out the designers series paper. I liked using the take a bow designer paper to create this card. I used 4 different patterns of the paper. So if you are like me and have some designer paper you haven't used up yet, pull it out and you can use it. I also punch out 2 modern oval pieces to layer behind the die cut. This helped to have the die cut stand out more. The only stamping is the greeting and the inside of the card.
This Christmas card is a elegant card. It is a easy card to create. I used the Season of Elegance specialty designer paper and I embossed the greeting to match the gold in the designer paper. This designer series paper includes paper with the real red, old olive and pretty peacock to make cards with these colors. This paper is using our basic beige in the sheet that I used. I like the look of the new beige color on this card. One of the first techniques that i learned when I first started stamping was embossing. My first Christmas card that I made was a angel embossed with gold powder.
This card has a single bird that I colored in with watercolor pencils and then the blender pen to give a soft coloring to this card. I also used the our foam adhesive strips to give the frame some dimension on this card, The background is a little darker but it makes the bird on the branch with the leaves really stand out.
Do you need a card during the holiday season to send to a friend? You could also put a different greeting on the card and use a Christmas card.
