2022 Spring Mini Paper Share

 Our new 2022 January - June Mini Catalogs will be available as of January 4, 2022 and there are lots of great new designer paper in the mini catalog.  So I will be hosting a 2022 Paper Share for this mini catalog.  You will receive 120 sheets of designer paper (24 sheets of 4"x6" and 96 sheets of 6"x6").  One of the packs of designer paper is 4"x6" (Abstract Beauty).

Jan 11-14, 2022 - ESTIMATE date for delivery from Stampin' Up

                             Then I will need to cut and package up the designer paper share

Christmas Card

Here is a Christmas card that was created with Whimsy & Wonder Designer Series Paper.  I used this designer series paper as the design for the color.  I would never have thought of pink as a Christmas color.  This year I have seen the color pink used as a color of Christmas.  This is a very easy card to make.  The designer paper has beautiful snowflakes on in in silver and white.  I used the sprig punch to make the sprigs behind the greeting.  I did emboss in silver the greeting.

Friends Like You Card

This is a one of the Christmas cards that I have created.  I like to create several different card designs to send out each year.  I know the first year I made our Christmas cards, I designed one card and made about 50 cards.  I was bored with that card and the next year I created a couple of designs.  Then I didn't get bored in making my cards.  Do you make your own Christmas cards?  Here is one of the cards we made at my Christmas class.  We used the big die cut to create the design with the leaves on it.  The ribbon is beautiful in cherry cobbler with gold on the edges.

So Thankful For You Card

 

  

Here is a beautiful fall card that I created.  I really like the leaves dies we have.  I used the colors from our Blackberry Beauty specialty designer paper.  I would not have put these colors together to use on a fall card but they look beautiful.  This was a very easy card to create.  Using the Intricate Leaves dies and the only stamping is the greeting.  I hope you have had fun creating some fall / thanksgiving cards.  I do like to send Thanksgiving cards to my family.  Do you send out fall / thanksgiving cards?

Dragonfly Birthday Card

Today I would like to share with you a beautiful dragonfly birthday card.  This card has lots of texture to it.  I embossed a piece of white cardstock with the hammered metal embossing folder.  Then I took the sponge brayer with bumblebee ink and sponged the impressions from the embossing folder.  I stamped the little dragonflies around the flowers to make my own decorative paper.  This is a beautiful bright card.

Strawberry Thank You Card

 

Today is September 1st.  It sure doesn't seem we are in September, where has the time gone.  I would like to share with you a cute strawberry card I created for a class.  I had fun creating some projects with our sweet strawberry bundle.  The small flowers I punch the flowers with our Pansy Petals DSP with our strawberry punch.  They just added to the card.  I did stamp off to get the lighter shade of the strawberries.

Floral Thank You Card

 Do you like to send out thank you cards?  I like to send thank  you cards to my customers who order from me.  I also like to send thank you cards when someone does something special for me.  This thank you card is soft simple card.  I like the scalloped edge and like the fresh freesia color.  This is one of our new In Colors for 2021-23.  I added some to of In Colors Jewels to this card.

Art Gallery Floral Birthday Card

 This card was made with some or our new In Colors for 2021-23.  I love all our new In Colors.  The ones used on this project are the Polished Pink and Evening Evergreen.  Do you have a one or some favorite colors in the catalog?  This is a card I created for our New Catalog Luncheon and this was one of the projects we made.  I really like all the floral images we have in our catalog this year.

Birthday Circle Celebrations Card

 This is the last card the I have created with our Circle Celebration stamp set.  I wanted to share this card before the stamp set is retired.  Today is the last day you can order any of the retired items.  Our new annual catalog is available tomorrow (May 4th).  I stamped the circles on our basic white cardstock to make my own background paper.  This birthday card is sun and easy create.

Circle Happy Birthday Card

 

This is fun stamp set that is retiring from our Mini Catalog in June.  I like the colors together on this birthday card.  I stamped on the basic white cardstock and created my own designer paper.  I used our sponge brayer to go over the basic white cardstock with the bumblebee ink to give it a softer color.    I used the layering circles die the circles.  You could use this for a masculine card or a card to anyone.  

Seashells Thank You Card

I really like our Seashells 3D embossing folder.  I had seen how someone had made their own pearlescent paper. So I made my own paper.  I used our  frost white shimmer paint, a sponge and used our silicone sheet.  I put some of shimmer paint on the sheet, used the sponge and rubbed it all over the cut cardstock.  I then let it dry.  It took about 10-15 minutes before the cardstock was completely dry.  Then you can put the cardstock through the embossing folder.  After I did put the Wink of Stella on embossed images .

 

National Pet Day

Today is National Pet Day.  If you know me I am owned by two cats Cody and Charlie.  They rule my home.  I like to use our Pampered Pets stamp set when I know the receiver of the card is a pet lover.  This is a fun birthday card for any cat owner.  I like it because it could give to anyone.  I did color in the cat with with our blends.  Also I used our Stitched Shapes dies that are retiring.  These dies are one of favorite items being retiring.  If you don't have them, now is the time to buy them before they are gone forever.  Give your pets some extra treats today.

Whale Birthday Card

I have been creating cards with this whale of time bundle.  I have enjoyed using the designer paper in creating some cards.  These cards are great for anyone.  It is hard sometimes to create cards for kids and masculine cards.  

I did use our layering circles dies to cut the circle out of the basic white cardstock.  I did stamp the small fishes in black ink on the designer paper.  I did stamp the whale in pacific point on the cardstock.  You could also punch out a whale from one the whales on the designer paper.  I also added wink of stella to the whale.

Circle Celebration Birthday Card

I have enjoyed this fun stamp set in creating some cards.  This stamp set we used in my Ink Stamp & Create monthly kit.  This card is a good masculine birthday card.  I really like the colors of this card misty moonlight and granny apple green.  They look so good together.  I did use the smaller stamps in the set to make my own background for this card. 

A tip for making this card when you stamp in background cloudy looking stamp is to stamp off before you stamp on the circle.  It gives it a lighter background.  It was too dark for me.  Then you can stamp the leaves and stem stamp on it.

Floral Birthday Card

I had fun coloring on our designer paper for the beautiful floral birthday card.  I colored the flowers and leave on our True Love designer paper using our new blending brushes.  I colored in the centers first for a darker look and then moved to the outside of each flower.  After I was done coloring the flowers and leave I fussy cut them out.

I do not have a blending brush for each color that we have.  I have a blending brush for yellow, orange. red, light and dark pink, light and dark green, light and dark blue and purple.  I have a label on each color.  After I am done using the brushes I rub them on a cloth to get the color off so they are ready to use again.  I hope this tip helps you.
