Sunflower Card

This sunflower was made with our new abundant beauty decorative masks in our holiday mini catalog.  There are a total of 7 masks included and 4 of them are for the sunflower.  There is leaves, snowflake and hound's tooth masks.  I am going to have to leaves mask to design something for fall and the snowflakes for a Christmas project.  I used our sponging brushes to add the color the the card.  To give the sunflower the lighter color of the petal tips, I only applied the pumpkin pie ink to the inside part of the sunflower.  It really give the petals a realistic look.

Week 2 of the 12 Weeks of Christmas

This weeks post is a Christmas Ornament.  I like to add a new ornament to my Christmas tree each year.  I like it when I can make a ornament or buy a special one for that year.  Do you buy or make an ornament for your Christmas tree each year?

I purchased these natural wood slice from Amazon for this project.  The I used our O Holy Night designer series paper for the background and our dies for the naivety.  This was pretty easy to create.
