This Christmas card is a elegant card. It is a easy card to create. I used the Season of Elegance specialty designer paper and I embossed the greeting to match the gold in the designer paper. This designer series paper includes paper with the real red, old olive and pretty peacock to make cards with these colors. This paper is using our basic beige in the sheet that I used. I like the look of the new beige color on this card. One of the first techniques that i learned when I first started stamping was embossing. My first Christmas card that I made was a angel embossed with gold powder.

Winterly Tree Tops Card - Week #4 of 12 Weeks of Christmas
This card has a single bird that I colored in with watercolor pencils and then the blender pen to give a soft coloring to this card. I also used the our foam adhesive strips to give the frame some dimension on this card, The background is a little darker but it makes the bird on the branch with the leaves really stand out.
Do you need a card during the holiday season to send to a friend? You could also put a different greeting on the card and use a Christmas card.

This is one of my favorite stamp sets out of our holiday mini catalog. I am using this stamp set to make my Christmas cards this year. This card is made with mossy meadow card stock and ink. I also used our Season of Green & Gold Specialty Designer Series Paper. I have a couple samples that I will be posting for my weeks of Christmas.

More Thank Autumn - Hot Cocoa Card - Week #2 of 12 weeks of Christmas
The fall and winter season is hot cocoa time. This is a great card to send to a friend to encourage them or to invite them for hot cocoa. Another idea would be to include a gift card for a free hot cocoa drink. This is a autumn themed bundle but if you use holiday colors and greetings, its a great holiday themed card. It's fun to look at stamp sets and see different ways to use them.

Winterly Tree Tops Christmas Card - Week #1 of 12 weeks of Christmas
Today is my first week of twelve weeks of Christmas. I will be sharing 12 different projects for the holiday season. I am a little late in sharing my projects, so I will be posting more Christmas projects until I catch up.
This Christmas card is a fun card that I colored the bird in with our watercolor pencils. I wanted a soft color for this card, to watercolor pencils with the blender pen gives you that soft coloring. I used our Spotlight on Nature dies. I think these dies are one of my favorite dies from our annual catalog.
