This is a cute scallop bag that I created for stamp club. We made cut little gift bags for the holidays. This was made with using the sponge daubers to put the champagne mist shimmer paint and that is what we stamped with.Here is the recipe:
Serene Snowflakes and Christmas Punch (level 2 hostess) stamp sets
SU Fancy Favor die cut
Real Red and Whisper White cardstock
Real Red Polka dot ribbon and Gold Elastic cord
Wide Oval and Scallop Oval punches
