This card is created with our new Pennant Parade stamp set and the new Petite Pennants Builder punch. It is fun card to make. I added a little sparkle by putting a Rhinestone jewels on each of the pennants. Here is the recipe:

Perfect Polk Dots emboss folder
Scallop Edge Border, Petite Pennants Builder and Ticket Corner punches
Early Espresso/White Baker's Twine
Rhinestone jewels
