Grateful Heart Card

This card is one of the two cards for my September Card Projects.  The other card will probably be posted on Wednesday.  I wanted to create a fall theme card for you.  I like our new Country Lane Designer Series Paper.  I like the prints and colors in this designer series pack.  

Each month I create two projects for customers who place their orders online through my website.  If the order is $50 net sales (before shipping and tax), I send them a PDF with the directions and pictures to put the projects together.  Please use the Hostess code PMMM77W6 when placing your order.  If your order is over $150, do not use the hostess code so you can receive your hostess rewards.  I will send you the card projects.
