Balloon Happy Birthday Card

Here is a bright birthday card to share with you today.  With everyone having to change their lives right now, I thought a bright fun birthday card would be good to share.  It is a simple card to create, only stamping on it was the happy birthday.  Very easy to create your own birthday cards.
